IV.  Frame
        A. Side Frames
        B. cross bars
        C. Front grill frame

1. Attach left and right sides to chassis using 1/4 inch flange bolts.
2. Attach cross members using 1/4-20 socket head screws through holes.
3. Attach front grill frame.
